1. Payment Information
- We accept payment by many different means which include by credit card, debit card, cheque or by bank transfer. We will not accept liability for any charges made by banks for bank transfer services.
- When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing, or description mistake, we will advise you of this and there will be no contract between us. Once payment has been received your order will be processed.
- To facilitate us processing payments and repayments you authorise
us to retain your charge, credit and debit card details.
- We will not retain your charge, credit or debit card details.
2. Delivery information
- We offer a standard delivery service where all goods are delivered within 14 days. We will advise you at the time of order whenever possible of approximate delivery lead-times. If there is a likelihood of a delay or we cannot fulfil your requested delivery date we will call you to discuss alternative options. Goods requested for supply outside the UK will only be shipped by prior arrangement.
- Free delivery is available as part of our standard delivery service on orders over £295.00 +vat, and within 10 mile radius of the shop, although exceptions can apply. Details for these exceptions are available on request. Orders below this threshold will incur a subsidised delivery charge of £29.95 +vat.
- Orders out of the 10 mile radius of the shop will be charged at £69.99 minimum or £0.65 per kg,
Whichever is the greater?
- We also offer an elite fast track “72hr” delivery service. To qualify for this service orders need to be placed with us by 10am on the day of ordering. This service is available on most product lines but may be chargeable, please ask for details.
- Our standard delivery service is made to the 'kerb side' due to insurance guidelines so please arrange for adequate help to off load.
- The goods will be delivered to ground floor level and stacked in a neat pile.
- Title and risk in the goods shall pass to the Buyer upon successful delivery of the goods.
- Your delivery could be made on a lorry or a van so it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. If there is likely to be a problem, e.g. the road is subject to a vehicle weight or width restriction, it is within a “Red route” or there are time zone restrictions for examples; please inform us at the time of order to discuss alternative delivery options.
- allfloors will ensure all reasonable efforts are made to meet any date agreed for delivery. However in any event that time of delivery shall not be met, allfloors shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
- Where a specific delivery dates has been agreed, and where this delivery date cannot be met, the Buyer will be notified and given the opportunity to agree a new delivery date.
- Deliveries are made on your requested day from approximately 8.00 am to around 6.00 pm. Unfortunately requests for an E.T.A (Estimated Time of Delivery) are at the courier’s discretion. If your order arrives as arranged but we are unable to deliver because you are not home, or there is inadequate help available, you will be liable for any additional costs incurred for redelivery. allfloors has teamed up with reliable delivery partners to ensure delivery service levels are maintained. However, very occasionally damage may occur during the transportation of your goods which we apologise for in advance. Therefore it is important to check and sign for your order on arrival. If you are unfortunate to receive damaged, or there are missing, item(s) please make sure it is noted on the courier’s paperwork. We also strongly suggest that you contact us direct as soon as possible to make sure we are aware of the problem. We cannot be responsible for any consequential losses. Therefore we advise against booking installers until goods have been received and checked.
- Where goods are refused on delivery that are found to be undamaged on return we reserve the right to pass on any carriage charges that we incur in returning the goods to us.
- If we are delivering to an alternative address to the billing address, meaning the address to where the payment card is registered, we are more than happy to accommodate. However, to enable us to action this request we do require proof of ID before the contract is agreed. Acceptable documents to prove your ID may include your Electric, Water or Gas bill, Council Tax statement or banking details. This list is not exhaustive but all documents do need to be reasonable current.
3. Returns and cancellations
- We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. However, you can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please write to us and we will be happy to refund or exchange your goods. We do reserve the right to refuse part order returns. If you wish to return any goods they must be complete, unused, and in "as new" condition. Goods will only be accepted for refund if they are in a merchantable condition i.e. Unopened and in original packaging and undamaged.
- Where a claim of defect or damage is made the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to allfloors also within 7 working days of delivery. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods. A telephone conversation does not constitute notification of non acceptance. The buyer must ensure that they are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you have opened any boxes to examine the product we recommend that you take care with the packaging and try not to damage it as it is specifically designed for the product. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and these results in damage or deterioration, we will charge accordingly.
- If you wish to cancel your order you must return the goods to us at your own expense. We will then refund the order in full less any direct expenses we may have incurred in fulfilling the original agreement. Direct expenses incurred include any delivery costs whether charged or not (e.g. FREE Delivery). There will also be a 25% handling & restocking charge deducted from the refund. If the goods are to be collected the cost of collection will also be deducted from the refund to the buyer.
- Goods to be returned must clearly show the order confirmation number obtained from the Seller on the packaging
- Deliveries are calculated by weight and delivery location. Please be assured we work very closely with all delivery partners to maintain competitive delivery costs at all times. Deliveries are charged at £65.00 minimum or £0.65 per kg, whichever the greater.
- All returns must be accompanied by a valid returns authorisation number which can be obtained from our office. You will need to return the goods back to us via your chosen courier and must be returned to:

4. Manufacturing fault claims
- We hope your flooring is as expected and without fault. Regrettably, on very few occasions this may not be the case and we would like to apologise beforehand.
- To avoid unnecessary delays and inconvenience to you it is important to check each board before installation to make sure you have the right product and to check it is without fault or damage. If you are unfortunate enough to notice a fault before installation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will deal with the matter as soon as possible and in accordance with your legal rights.
- If, after installation, you are unfortunate enough for the product to develop a fault arising from the manufacturing process please complete our customer service form to enable us to act without delay and arrange an onsite inspection. This form is available upon request.
5. Other information

Before you place an order it is important that you check the manufacturer’s specification details for suitability of their intended purpose. If you are unsure about the suitability of the goods then please ask us.
We cannot guarantee the colour/pattern matching from a computer monitor. Therefore, it is recommended you view the product in person, either in a local shop or via a sample which are available through our site.

5) ORDERING

All orders for Goods shall be deemed to be an offer by the Buyer to purchase
Goods pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by allfloors. The Seller may choose not to accept an order for any reason.-
Where the Goods ordered by the Buyer are not available from stock the Buyer shall be notified and given the option to either wait until the Goods are available from stock or cancel the order and receive a full refund within 30 days.
6. PRICE AND PAYMENT

The price of the goods shall be that stipulated on allfloorsonline’s website. The Price does include VAT and free local delivery but not for deliveries out of our catchment area which is within a 10 mile radius of our shops.
- The total purchase price, including VAT and delivery charges, will be displayed in the Buyer’s shopping cart prior to confirming the order. All payments will be made in GBP £’s Sterling
- After the order is received allfloors shall confirm the details by email including description, price for the Goods and information on the right to cancel if the Buyer is a Consumer.
- In the case of all sales, payment of the Price plus VAT and delivery charges must be made in full through the secure payment system on the website.
- Any deposits paid to hold stock for future delivery are taken on the basis of being non-refundable should the buyer later cancel the order, refunds will be at the discretion of the seller.
RIGHTS OF THE SELLER
- allfloors reserves the right to adjust the price and specification of any item on the Website at its discretion.
- allfloors reserves the right to withdraw any goods from the Website at any time.
- allfloors shall not be liable to anyone for withdrawing any goods from the Website or for refusing to process an order.
